Helsinki Motor Show (HMS) is an annual national car show in Helsinki, Finland. It is organized around November to December and it has been held in the Helsinki Fair Center. It is the only annual motor show in the Nordic countries. In the beginning, HMS was a show based on motor sports but gradually more and more upcoming cars have been shown there. Most of the Finnish car importers are present. The event is organized by (Team Nykopp Ltd ). The show has attracted around 50,000 visitors each year. The HMS was organized for the 11th time in 2006 and it had 55,000 visitors. A visitor record was made in 2003 with 57,000 visitors. The 2008-2011 shows have been cancelled due to economic downturn. ==HMS 2005== In the year 2005, over 30 car models were introduced for the first time in Finland.
